Shellady - Elizabeth

Mrs. Elizabeth Shellady, widow of James M. Shellady, who died in August 1871, died Friday evening, Nov. 7, aged 52 years. She was a kind and indulgent mother, a remarkably obliging neighbor, and a worthy member of the Baptist Church. Except an absence of about five or six years, she had resided in Waveland for over 25 years. She leaves three sons and two daughters to mourn her loss, the youngest, a son aged about 9 years. All the others are self supporting. -s
